"Error encountered retrieving data: Bad HTTP status: 500 (internal Server Error)"IBM just released a new Technote on a CHF error relating to iNotes. It affects D8.5.1 on Windows if you installed CH1 for FP5. The fix is to uninstall CHF1 and wait for the CHF2 update, which they are expected to release shortly through Fix Central. To know for certain if you are in-scope, login to iNotes and verify your build number. If it is 304.11 then remove CHF1 as suggested in the document.
If you are uncertain how to ascertain your iNotes build number, three simple steps:
(1) Login to iNotes
(2) Click on the IBM Lotus iNotes logo in the upper left corner
(3) Peruse the About pop-up dialog box for the build number.
